Elements from both Tuscany and Morocco grace this private residence in the Pelican Crest community located on the Newport Coast, between Laguna Beach and Newport Beach.

Key Elements:
- Tuscan designs were commonplace in the neighborhood due to association restrictions. However, the owners desired an original look. So Lynn expanded on the commonplace by incorporating Moroccan-influenced features such as a wooden ceiling, as well as Moroccan gates, shutters, decorative lighting, and furnishings. She then deftly mixed in contemporary pieces to complete the unique style.
